bubl (“we”, “us”) is a creative digital studio based in the UK, operating at bubl.agency. For anything in this policy, contact hello@bubl.agency.
what we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, budget range and project notes.
how we use it
Form submissions are delivered to our private team workspace (Slack) and used for one thing: understanding and replying to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest — you contacted us about working together. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we never sell or rent your information.
cookies & analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and reliability.
how long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any project that follows. If nothing comes of it, ask us to delete the thread and we will.
your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Email hello@bubl.agency and we'll sort it within a month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
